Michelle Tierney has supported transformational change at Southcentral Foundation since 1996. In her current role she is responsible for compliance, human resources, learning and development, Family Wellness Warriors, and more. She also served on the Baldridge Board of Examiners. Tierney holds a master’s degree in public administration and a PhD in human and organizational systems. Certifications include healthcare compliance, healthcare privacy, human resources, learning and development, and healthcare quality.
