Learning experiences in clinical and non-clinical opportunities are available for learners (students, residents, interns, externs, etc.) to work and learn in medical services, behavioral health, tribal and community-based services.

Applications are open during the month of February 2025 to apply for Summer 2025 to Spring 2026 learning experiences.

A 2025 Learner Rotation Request, a current resume and a letter of intent.  For the letter of intent, please briefly describe, in 500-1500 words, why you chose to have your learning experience at Southcentral Foundation and how this opportunity will help you meet your personal and professional goals.  If you wish to apply for more than one learning experience, please complete an additional renewal request.  Renewal requests can only be considered if the learner has completed the 2025 Learner Rotation Request form.

Once an application is received, it will be vetted by SCF’s Nuka Learning Program Team and final approval will be determined in partnership with supporting SCF departments.
