Clinical Supervisor

Troy Wolcoff is a Behavioral Health Consultant Clinical Supervisor for Southcentral Foundation. In his role, Troy supports nine Behavioral Health Consultants as they provide services for customer-owners. Troy joined SCF in 2012 as a Behavioral Health Consultant. Prior to that, he worked in community mental health and child welfare positions. Troy holds a Master’s degree in Existential Phenomenological Psychology from Seattle University, and is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Chemical Dependency Counselor I (CDCI). Troy is an SCF customer-owner of Aleut descent.
