Southcentral Foundation subject matter experts have been busy moving many trainings to the virtual environment, including our popular Integrated Care Team training. After each training, SCF surveys participants to collect feedback to improve future trainings. Here is some of that feedback as well as some of the improvements we’ve made as a result.
Southcentral Foundation’s Nuka System of Care operates proactively. On individual, family, and community levels, SCF works to improve overall wellness. One tool SCF employs to achieve this goal is the community needs assessment.
