At Southcentral Foundation, we have been practicing relationship-based care for two decades. Customer-owners choose their own providers and are always free to choose another if they wish to, but most customer-owners stay with the same providers and form strong, long-term relationships.
Southcentral Foundation would like to thank everyone who attended the 8th Annual Nuka System of Care Conference. This year, over 150 people attended the conference, coming from many different places in Alaska and the United States, as well as other countries such as Canada, Singapore, and New Zealand.
