Integrated Care Training

Improve Team Efficiency, Satisfaction, and the Customer Experience

Anchorage, Alaska
We have applied for Continued Medical Education (CME) units for Integrated Care Training and for Motivational Interviewing. Southcentral Foundation is a National Association for Alcoholism and Drug Abuse Counselors (NAADAC) approved education provider and the continuing education credits provided for Motivational Interviewing will be accepted toward national credentialing by the NCCAP.

Southcentral Foundation’s Nuka System of Care has received several awards for its innovative approach and is recognized worldwide as a model for health care delivery, operational efficiencies, and its success in relationship-based services. At the heart of SCF is the belief that relationships between multidisciplinary care teams and the patients (called customer-owners) are key to improving wellness. That’s why, among other things, SCF pioneered integrating behavioral health in primary care more than 14 years ago.

In this three-day Integrated Care Training, you will explore the systems and protocols SCF has developed to create effective partnerships and integration; practice skills needed to improve team efficiency, satisfaction, and the customer experience through interactive, subject matter expert-led panels and sessions in the classroom and simulation lab; and tour SCF’s clinical and team-based spaces. The training includes breakout sessions in integrated care teams and behavioral health integration, with an additional session for operations or implementation-minded participants.

Consider adding the two-day Motivational Interviewing course to your registration for $500 off!
