Integrated Care Training Webinar

Improve Team Efficiency, Satisfaction, and the Customer Experience

Southcentral Foundation is now hosting an Integrated Care Team Webinar on Feb. 11-12, 2021. It is being hosted virtually as an intensive following the Nuka Winter Conference. Please our Virtual Nuka Winter Conference page for more information!

Southcentral Foundation’s Nuka System of Care has received awards for its innovative approach and is recognized worldwide as a model for health care delivery, operational efficiencies, and relationship-based services. At the heart of SCF is the belief that relationships between multidisciplinary care teams and patients (called customer-owners) are key to improving wellness.

In SCF’s Integrated Care Team Webinar you will explore the systems and protocols SCF has developed to create effective partnerships and integrate services; practice skills needed to improve team efficiency, satisfaction, and the customer experience through interactive, subject matter expert-led panels and sessions; and view a virtual tour of SCF’s clinical and team-based spaces. The webinar includes sessions covering integrated care teams, behavioral health integration, and operations.
