The Learning Institute is pleased to offer the opportunity to participate in Southcentral Foundation’s Coaching and Mentoring Program. This program allows attendees to participate in the same coaching experience that SCF offers internally to its employees.
The Learning Institute is providing the opportunity to participate in one of Southcentral Foundation’s Improvement and Innovation: READI, Set, Go! training, held at SCF’s campus in Anchorage. In the training, you will learn SCF’s improvement and innovation practices alongside our employees.
Engaging customers is critically important in health care. SCF works to engage individuals and families through our relationship-based Nuka System of Care, with providers forming strong, long-term relationships with customer-owners.
Providing health care in rural areas can be quite challenging. Depending on the location, accessibility, high cost of living, harsh weather conditions, and/or lack of infrastructure are all factors that can make it much more difficult to provide needed health care services to people in those areas.
