Derek Feeley: Keynote Speaker at 9th Annual Nuka System of Care Conference

However, in addition to the sessions SCF always offers at Nuka System of Care conferences, SCF is happy to host leaders and innovators in the health care industry as guest speakers. One of this year’s keynote speakers is Derek Feeley, President and CEO of the Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI). Prior to becoming President and CEO, Mr. Feeley served as IHI’s Executive Vice President, during which time he had executive-level responsibility for driving IHI’s strategy in five focus areas: Improvement Capability; Person- and Family-Centered Care; Patient Safety; Quality, Cost, and Value; and the Triple Aim. Mr. Feeley has previously served as Director General for Health and Social Care in the Scottish Government and Chief Executive of the National Health Service (NHS) in Scotland. SCF has had a long relationship with IHI, and we are looking forward to hearing Mr. Feeley share his expertise in health care innovation at the Nuka System of Care Conference.
