Health Program Analyst

David Fenn is a Health Program Analyst for Southcentral Foundation. He transforms data into actionable information and coaches and mentors on improvement and in the use of improvement tools such as the SCF Data Mall, a Web-based population health tool that segments out centralized data by clinic, team, and provider to identify best practices. He holds a Master of Business Administration from Alaska Pacific University, Anchorage, Alaska. David completed the IHI Improvement Advisor Professional Development Program and is a member of the 2013 Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award Board of Examiners. He also is a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality and holds a certification in advanced health care delivery improvement from Intermountain Healthcare. He has served on the executive board of the Alaska Sudan Medical Project since 2007. David presents to audiences on improvement and innovative data and information management techniques.
