Director of Organizational Development
Sharon Fenn is the Director of Organizational Development for Southcentral Foundation (SCF). She is of Navajo descent. Sharon joined SCF in 2002 as a compensation and benefits manager. Sharon leads a team of improvement specialists and advisors in supporting quality improvement projects. As a facilitator for the strategic planning process, she monitors balanced scorecards/dashboard (BSC/DB) performance measurements and multiple corporate initiatives. Sharon graduated from the Alaska Native Executive Leadership Program (ANELP) at the Alaska Pacific University. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of New Mexico, in Albuquerque. Sharon presents nationally on corporate strategic planning, the SCF Baldrige experience, the customer RELATE model, and the SCF process improvement approach and tools.
