The 8th Annual Nuka System of Care Conference Begins Today

The 8th Annual Nuka System of Care Conference begins today! Southcentral Foundation is excited to welcome over 150 attendees from around the world to our campus in Anchorage, Alaska. The pre-conference session, which runs Monday through Wednesday, is a session of SCF’s Core Concepts training. Core Concepts teaches the communication skills and tools that help SCF’s providers offer the relationship-based care which has improved health outcomes for the customer-owners SCF serves.

Thursday and Friday, the general conference will be held, offering sessions on a variety of topics including leadership, medical services, behavioral services, improvement and innovation, and human resource practices. Attendees will have the opportunity to learn from the same subject matter experts that work in SCF’s Nuka System of Care, partnering with customer-owners on their journey toward wellness. The Nuka Strategic Planning Software will also be demonstrated at the conference on Thursday and Friday.
